Pretty good.

I kinda liked it. Its great. And especially for a first try. Although i do have a question... How did you get so many different notes sustaining over one another without any static? My FL keeps doing that and all I never have more than three piano notes going over each other at once. Is there anything to fix that?

Mich responds:

Thanks! =)
I guess it's just leveling everything, so everything added together doesn't cross the 0.0db mark. Try playing with your volumes a bit.
Thanks for the review!

Um...

Well, I'll agree. It is trance. Kinda. After listening to some of yer other songs, this seems like ye did a halfway job. The cutoff doesn't bother me. It's just something with the beat. I can't specify, don't know what it is exactly. It's like ye found something ye didn't like about it, and just decided that it was good enough. Ye can do better, and this is above average. It iss pretty good, but disappointing.

Alrighhhtttt!!

I would have to agree with Arska, perfect for a survival horror teaser trailer. Random and engaging. That's good with music.

Average

I'd say this is kinda average for newgrounds. And i will say that the name made me expect something... well... darker... ITs alright for what it is, but its not extraordinary. The bass in the background is kinda loud the entire song. ITs pretty good but there is just too much repetition. I understand teh need for a solid chorus, but the bass is too much the same the entire time. Remember, Bass is pronounced Base for a reason. It is the undertone of your music, unless you have some pretty sick solos for it. But it is the base tone of your music, giving something for the treble to solo around, keeping the song moving forward while simultaneously adding another layer of harmony with the rest of the notes. It has got to be the basic structure of the song, without actually being noticed. A bass is to be felt, not heard. There are a few cases when its great to hear a loud bass, like in solos of choruses, but that is not always the case.

WHOOT!!!

Nice and relaxing. Random and engaging. Brilliant. This kinda reminds me of those games that I played as a kid. Buzzy the knowledge bug or something like that. Great song that keeps you attentive. Its actually pretty good. Lots going on in the background alongside the lead. And someone who has a sound like this that knows the circle of fifths!!! Thanks for not combining two notes that are on such opposite sides of the spectrum that they grate like nails on a chalkboard.

haha thanks for the review man.

i work on making my melodies better all the time.

I'm glad you like it.

Yer in.

Alright. This did it. Woah. I didn't even listen to the first min yet, then bam. Intense. Yer in the ranks of those who deserve to be remembered. Ye have great potential, don't lose it. Ye have shown that ye are a true artist, not just enhancing old music, but creating the music of the genres of tomorrow.

AndreaDigita responds:

Thank you! I hope I can create my own genre one day :P

Much <3 @ndrea

Pretty good.

Well, This is music. Our school plays imitation music, but this is the real deal. Welcome to my little list of the greatest songs Ive heard on newgrounds. I'm gonna check out some other things here to see if my hunch that ye will join the ranks of the top artists is correct.

Rather hard to improve this.

I find it hard to criticize this in any way. Great job.

...Wow...

Incredible. It sings of effort and honesty. It seems simple, yet has the exciting undertone if complexity. Its pretty good. No, more that that. Its to be remembered. I don't often find music this incredible. This past week ive been really lucky. You are one of three artists that ive found that I consider to be the best. I don't have any suggestions. It's rather hard to improve on perfection.

SolusLunes responds:

Now I'm curious. Who are the other two?

Glad you liked it :D

Average Bear.

I'm reviewing this based on what it is. A first time song. Its average, But I understand the need to try out a new software. Although, you blended together notes of different keys a ton. Remember the circle of fifths. Or at least remember on a piano its the first, fifth, eight, and twelfth notes used in cords. Its simpler, but less adaptive. It actually hurts physically to hear two notes on the opposite end of the spectrum played together if they don't match. Ye got to work on that. And yer transitions. Make them smoother.

Well thanks=)
